Starting the preparation of the area for the new Recreation / picnic area across from the Clubhouse on the old sales trailer land

The temporary protective fencing arrives

There is screening to minimize the visual impact during the work

Parking near the buildings and clubhouse should have minimal restrictions during construction

Behind the fence the land will be stripped and leveled

A roll of fiber optic cable for the ongoing installation between buildings

The far end of the construction near Building 8. This area will feature the new GAs Grills and picnic area

When complete the whole area will have all new professional landscaping to complement the new features and the existing resort. Nothing too exciting yet but every project has to start somewhere. We will post progress photos as they become available.

How do you save $10,000 on a project and keep it moving? Rent equipment and use resort labor and our landscaping company to demolish the old sidewalks, remove salvageable plants, grass and trees and do it on a Saturday to prevent holding up the installation crews. Cost $7,000. Quote to have work done by outside contractor? $17,000.and a two week lead time. Now we will be ready on Monday to have the construction crew begin work.
