5/21/11 Progress on the all new Kids Dinosaur play area installation and guest area expansion near the Volcano Pool

This is an area we previously have not had available to guest access/use.

One day later the area has been populated with 20 new palm trees as the start of our landscape work

Wow - the cement pole is barely noticeable between all the new trees! A negative turned into a positive.

We're about 40% done with construction.

Meanwhile at the Clubhouse work on the second floor doors and windows is underway

Temporary walls in place.

Second floor balcony closed for the replacement work.

Outside the old doors and windows have been removed

New installation will provide a curb underneath the window areas to help deflect storm water.

The old doors & windows were not hurricane rated. The tile area also has to be removed, a new waterproof membrane installed and the tile replaced.
