5/21/08 It still seems to be a lot of dirt but here's some progress shots as both the Cafe and recreation area move ahead.

In the cafe the floor is opened and the plumbers at work

A view of the new route through the former phone room area. Note the newly exposed side window adding even more light to the new enlarged Cafe area.

And to the outside. Once the interior work is inspected and approved the interior work can move ahead. The exterior piping and connection will occur sometime in the next few weeks.

Moving across the street to the Recreation/Picnic area

The perimeter of construction - one of the permit hold ups - is clearly established and the silt protection installed.

A few trees have to be removed that are on the resort side of the Forever Wild line.
