Temporary walls to protect work areas and allow access to rest rooms/ owners services office (relocated to former RCI office on first floor). RCI Office has also been relocated within the Clubhouse.

Behind the temporary walls the old Gift Shop is being stripped for the new floor plan.

As always the CPR Association BOD and Management prides itself on doing the work 100% correctly, with proper permits and designs the first time. The area will be getting new insulation (completing the full insulation of Clubhouse started with the Cafe area), new HVAC, redesigned electrical and plumbing along with the more visible walls, ceilings and flooring changes.

Much of the existing materials such as the glass and slat walls were purchased and installed with the idea of reuse in the final design. Recycle reuse whenever possible.

Behind the temporary walls on the Gameroom side the existing walls of the Gameroom and former Owners Services office will be coming down.

The area behind the Gameroom that formerly housed the Maintenance Department (moved to the new RALPH Building in 2007) also being replaced with new Gift Shop floor space.

Watch for more updates as our Gift Shop project and Gameroom door & window replacement continues. As always things just get better at Cypress Pointe Resort.
