12/22/10 A drawing of the new play area:

We are expecting approval for this brand new kids play area featuring a dinosaur theme including play eggs and new sand volleyball court any day. Once approved it is expected to take 3-4 weeks to complete. This will be approximately 6 times the size of the current slide/swing set that we have had for nearly a decade. It represents the last of the undeveloped land around the resort. Also included are additional deck areas, a new walkway from the hot tub area around the restroom building and new seating. As we have such a large family based use this long overdue improvement should be a big plus for owners and guests.

Start of area to get new play surface & kids equipment. New walkway will be installed on opposite side of the bath house - existing fencing to be moved to allow access.

Area currently is blocked from guest use by the original post & metal fencing. Those will be saved and reused as they are very expensive to rebuild & unique to our property.

Area will be re-graded to match pool area - fill will be used to raise level in new play area. A small retaining wall will be constructed near Lake St.
