The
preliminary designs for the new laundry, maintenance
and storage building have been submitted to the
County for approval. These are not colorful but give
an idea of where this building will sit on the property
and how the
proposed new service entrance drive from Lake St.
will be placed. This driveway, if approved, will remove
delivery trucks from the parking lots at the resort and
increase
safety for our guests. |

8/10/06 - Finally construction has begun. The contractor
sets up support trailers and gets the area ready.
The tennis court is shut down. 
Most access during construction and after completion will
be from Lake Street to minimze traffic on the resort roads. 
View from Lake Street (just beyond the entrance to Winn
Dixie). 
The new driveway and all all delivery entrances will
be constructed facing Lake Street.
