The end
This will
be the last update on the RALPH (Housekeeping/Maintenance/
Laundry building aka Repair And Laundry Plus Housekeeping
- RALPH for short) Building. Everything is in place and functional.
The few remaining items will not change much that can be seen
in photographs. Here are the final pictures:

The name
is official.
The next
projects will be the painting of all Buildings (recently added
repainting of both the Clubhouse and Building 6 with a newer,
better adhering and longer lasting paint), the actual construction
of the new Café Pointe and the construction of the
new recreation area. That area will include a new 1/2 court
Basketball, full sized tennis court, two new shuffleboard
courts and a gazebo. We'll take a break on posting updates
until those projects are getting underway. The remaining roofing
work looks pretty much like the other 6 buildings did and
is expected to be finished shortly.
