4/29/03 We are pleased to announce that our General Manager, Gaston Correa, has returned from a medical leave. His weekly report is updated here (password required).

3/23/03 Chris Thimes and Ralph Owen were reelected to three year terms on the Board of Directors. Congratulations to them and thanks to all the candidates and to every owner who returned their proxy.

2/12/03 Owners: The 2003 Annual Meeting will be held 9AM 3/22/03 at the Clubhouse. The list of 2003 Candidates for the Board is now available. As noted below this year's meeting will include the first viewing of a model CP1 unit renovation. As always we urge any owner that can attend to be there and every owner to sign and return your proxy as soon as you can if you will not be able to attend in person.
