A full, $1,100,000 interior renovation of all units, started in July 2000, was completed July 14, 2001.

All guests will now enjoy the three bedroom lockoff units with new carpeting, pullout couches, new upholstery and a fresh design in every room.

Along with the restoration of the units a new owners areas in the clubhouse was completed in 1999 and updated landscaping your maintenance and capital dollars are working to maintain and improve your resort.
