The Clubhouse Grand Stairway gets a much needed renovation.
The stair and balcony railings were stripped of all old paint - recoated with a fresh white finish.
All old carpeting was removed.
The new carpeting installed on the 2nd floor balcony area (also to be installed on the stairs)
