This shall also be a General Proxy, with the exception of any items listed below.

Statutory Limited Powers: Pursuant to F.S. 718.112(2)(b)(2), I hereby specifically instruct my Proxy to cast my vote in reference to the following matter as instructed:

ELECTION OF DIRECTORS – You are entitled to cast a total of two votes per interval you own (one (1) if you are an alternate year owner). If you vote for more than two (2) candidates, your vote on this portion of the Proxy will be invalid (unless you indicate multiple interval ownership).
