Club Sunterra Owners using Sun Options for fee payment

Club Sunterra members can now choose to use their Sun Options to pay some or all of their annual maintenance fees. Please be aware that while we are happy to accept these payments the credits to the owners accounts are not scheduled to be posted until 12/31/04 when the Association has been told payment will be sent. It is also very important to note that if the total amount due for 2005 fees will not be covered completely by your Sun Options it is the responsibility of each owner to pay any balance due on or before 12/31/04 to avoid late fees and interest charges. Reservations for 2005 use cannot be made until all fees are paid in full.

We must ask that any questions about this program be directed to your Club Sunterra representative at 877-CLUB-SUN (877-258-2786) as our Customer Representatives do not have access to any scheduled payments or amounts available for this program.
