between Cypress Pointe Resort aka Phase 1 and Grande Villas
Resort aka Phase 2? We have put together a comparison chart
so you may better match your vacation needs to the best
available resort.**** Remember there are three independent
resorts at the Cypress Pointe Development. This is the website
for the only "Cypress Pointe Resort" also known
as Phase 1. Blue Tree / Westgate is the third. We do not
share facilities in anyway with Blue Tree / Westgate Resort.

User must supply computer with WiFi to utilize Internet
service. Cost for high speed service is $4.95/day OR $19.95/week
for one IP address. At CPR a 4 IP address plan is available
for additional cost. High speed access is available with
WiFi wreless service and remote printing* at Cypress Pointe
Resort and Grande Villas Resort. A WiFi service
upgrade to 802.11g+has been completed thoughout Cypress
Pointe Resort. Dial-up access available with data
port and second line on all phones in Phase 1. Data port
phones are available only at Cypress Pointe Resort - not
currently available at Grande Villas Resort.

As of early 2005 all units at Cypress Pointe Resort have
had a complete renovation. Included are all new furnishings,
bedding, all soft goods, carpeting, appliances and entertainment
equipment. Chart above reflects those changes. Starting
in 2010 round one of a new renovation is underway including
all new cabinetry in the kitchens & bath, granite counter
tops, bath area doors and more. A second round will be underway
starting in 2013 with total completion of all units by late
2015.

service for better performance. 120V combo style at GVR.

Grande Villas Resort is not under CP1 HOA control. Information
is provided to the best of our knowledge for the benefit
of all owners and visitors to one of the 2 resort Phases.
As of 9/1/11 the two phases are under two different management
companies. CPR is managed by VRI (Vacation Resorts International)®
while GVR is managed by DRI (Diamond Resorts International)®

International recently updated the codes used for Diamond
Club deposits. The second code listed represents deposits
from Club. The units supplied to guests at each resort are
the same regardless of the II code. The new codes are for
tracking purposes only.

The 1 Bedroom lockoff side units at GVR have recently had
a major renovation including new furnishings, appliances,
countertops, softgoods, TV's and more.
