## New CPR Recreation/ Picnic Area in front of Clubhouse now under construction for Summer 2008 opening. CPGV has started to move their tennis court area to the front of the resort during 2008/2009. Currently both tennis courts are closed. Gas grills scheduled for installation Fall 2008.

High speed access is available with WiFi wreless service and remote printing* at Cypress Pointe Resort, wired at Cypress Pointe Grande Villas. A WiFi service upgrade to 802.11g+has been completed thoughout Cypress Pointe Resort. Dial-up access available with data port and second line on all phones in Phase 1. Data port phones and WiFi service are available only at Cypress Pointe Resort - not currently available at Cypress Pointe Grande Villas.

**** Cypress Pointe Grandevillas are not under CP1 HOA control. Information is provided to the best of our knowledge for the benefit of all owners and visitors to one of the Cypress Pointe Phases. In 2007 and 2008 the annual fee shown at Cypress Pointe Resort includes a $65/week loan repayment for the new roofs. Fees shown are for a full, 3 Bedroom unit at both resorts. There is a special assessment approved for CPGV in 2008 of $673/week for the three bedroom units.

† - Average fee per 3BR unit week as reported by owners or from Board minutes. Includes annual maintenance charges,average real estate taxes and annual reserve contribution.

# - Please note: 14" Television/DVD in 2nd Bedroom is for viewing DVD's only. It is not and cannot be connected to the cable system.
