9/26/04 The resort has weathered the latest strom quite well. Here are the managers comments:

1. A lot of clean up to be done, but a bit less than the other times (there
is not much left standing around anyway). Quite a bit of landscape damage.
2. Club House had a lot of leaks and Managers on Duty had to relocate
the telephone operation to the next door room. Our roof company has
already been contacted to come and assess the actual damages, and give
us the estimates to either change the roof or major repairs as was discussed
earlier after the first hurricane
3. Several rooms had leaks and had to relocate guests (occupancy was in
the mid 70s the entire week end). Same roofing company has been called
for these assessments.
4. Fence leaning in some places and a section is down behind the pool area..
5. There was palm tree that was leaning on the back of Building 6 that
we took down on Saturday and we will put it back later.
6. We haven't walked the units as yet, but we will probably find some
more damages when we do it.
